The Crestview Local School District offers free/reduced meals to students who qualify.
Meal applications can be picked up in any of the school offices. These meal applications need to be completed in entirety and returned to the student’s home school office or food service department & meal applications can be completed online here: www.payschoolscentral.com
To fill out a free and reduced application online log on www.payschoolscentral.com, you must have your student ID/PIN number to fill out an application online, if your not sure of it please contact 330-482-5526 ext. 40171.
